In Le Havre, Total Group brought to trial for manslaughter

The oil multinational is again prosecuted for several breaches of the Labour Code. It will have to appear before the criminal court in Le Havre following the death of an employee of a subcontracting company, which occurred in 2019 in its refinery in Gonfreville-l-Orcher.
