Investigation into the plane crash in Vilnius: the fire started only after hitting the ground

At the end of 2024 a cargo plane coming from Germany crashes in Lithuania. Now the authorities present new findings on the crash.

Justice Minister Rimantas Mockus, together with experts, on Tuesday presented an interim report on the Boeing 737-400 SF crash, which occurred on November 25. The report states that the cargo plane crash revealed no signs of illegal interference or terrorism.

The investigation into the crash of the Spanish DHL plane that crashed in Vilnius last year did not reveal any signs of terrorism or illegal interference, says Rimantas Mockus, the justice minister.
