Former French pilot suspected of sharing defence intelligence with China

A French former naval fighter pilot is under investigation over allegations he shared sensitive military information with Chinese authorities during two training trips to China.

Former fighter pilot, he reportedly carried out training missions in China, without informing his hierarchy, which was mandatory.

The Paris Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation to determine whether the stay in China of a former French soldier, during which he allegedly trained Chinese pilots, constitutes a disclosure of military secrets.

A former French fighter pilot is suspected of having disclosed confidential information to the Chinese authorities. His travels to China had taken place while he was still military, without informing his hierarchy.
