IOC provisionally recognises World Boxing as federation for future Olympic Games

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has temporarily approved the new international boxing federation, World Boxing.

On Wednesday, the International Olympic Committee recognized the federation created in 2023 in opposition to the sulphurous International Boxing Federation (IBA) as the new body governing boxing at the global level.
