Iran has been elected to host and chair the 21st Summit of Chief Justices of SCO member states in 2026, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi.

Supreme Court of Appeals President Ömer Kerkez attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Judiciary Summit held in Hangzhou, China. President Kerkez held talks with judicial representatives from various countries at the summit.
