Iran Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi spoke about the ongoing negotiations with the US over its nuclear program. Araghchi said that the second phase of dialogue in Rome was “constructive”. Araghchi added that he hoped Tehran would be in a better position to “judge the possibility of reaching an agreement”. In Rome, the second round of negotiations between Iran and the United States on Tehran's nuclear programme ended, and the talks took place in the Gulf State of Oman's embassy. Nothing was reported about the process. An Iranian state television report said that the several-hour discussion had been constructive.
