Express Entry draw #341 took place today and a whopping 7,500 candidates with French language proficiency received invitations to apply (ITAs). The minimum CRS score was only 379 which is the lowest CRS score and highest ITA issuance we have seen so far in 2025.

Canada's latest express entry draw issued 7,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAS) in the French Language Competency category. The March 21 draw received a full minimum ranking system score of 379 points, 31 points less than the March 6 draw of French Language Competency, which saw 4,500 ITA issued. The previous draw was a provincial draw of candidates on March 17, 2025. It published 536 ITAS with a minimum CR of 736.
