Last month, a two-bedroom unit in The Pier at Robertson was sold for $2.65 million ($2,591 psf), setting a record high for the freehold condo. The seller had purchased the seventh-storey unit in July 2021 for $2.01 million ($1,966 psf), making a profit of approximately $640,000.
