Israeli military marks Yom Hashoah

The annual Yom Hashoah commemoration took place tonight in the Hollandsche Schouwburg. The Jewish community commemorated the Jews who were murdered during World War II. Mayor Halsema gave a speech in which she apologized for Amsterdam's role in the persecution of the Jews. Watch the commemoration here:

IDF General Staff members marked Holocaust Remembrance Day with a forum at Yad Vashem on Monday, featuring addresses from key speakers and a meeting with a survivor. In his speech, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen.
