"It was done in the utmost discretion": 80 years ago, Pétain was arrested at the French-Swiss border

On 26 April 1945, Philippe Pétain was arrested in Jougne (Doubs) on the French-Swiss border after his transfer to Germany at the end of the war. A little-known event in the history of the Second World War brought to light an exhibition organized on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of this event in Jougne.
