NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said he has no regrets about not triggering a fall election, because he couldn’t “stomach the idea” of Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre forming a majority government and wanted more time for pharmacare to be entrenched.

The leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Jagmeet Singh, said that he did not regret not having called elections in the fall, because he could not "digest" the idea that Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre formed a majority government and wanted more time for drug insurance to be endorsed.
