JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — Janesville Police arrested Danny Kvistad, 45, for allegedly robbing a Mobil Gas Station. On April 8, around 6 a.m., officers responded the the Mobil Gas Station at 951 North Washington Street for reports of robbery.
