Japan is "absent" from ICC sanctions and condemnation statements from various countries; stuck in its relationship with the US: Asahi Shimbun

The 79 member states and regions of the International Criminal Court (ICC, The Hague, Netherlands) issued a joint statement condemning the executive order signed by U.S. President Trump this month imposing sanctions on those involved with the ICC. However, the largest contributor to the court and top contributor to the ICC, the Hague, Netherlands, has not commented on the statement.
