Japanese ambassador goes viral for being the “Paddington Bear of Ambassadors”

Kyoto-born ambassador gives new meaning to soft diplomacy. Diplomacy comes in many forms, and the Japanese ambassador to the U.K., Hiroshi Suzuki, is a master at soft diplomacy.
