PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, following his guilty plea to a federal drug charge. Edward Carl Ramey, 46, of Paintsville, pleaded guilty back in January to a single count of possession of more than 500 grams of meth with the intent to distribute.
