PACIFIC PALISADES—On April 23, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) West Valley, Sergeant, pulled over a white pick-up truck for an expired tag/registration in the vicinity of the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) just East of Sunset Boulevard.
