LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) - A man who was supposed to receive a sentence on sex charges tried to get his plea agreement thrown out, but the judge said no. Justin Talbert, 24, appeared in Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas on Friday. He is accused of sexually assaulting two girls in 2021 and 2022 who were under the age of 13 at the time the alleged crimes began.
