Judge denies defendant's attempt to throw out plea in sex case

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) - A man who was supposed to receive a sentence on sex charges tried to get his plea agreement thrown out, but the judge said no. Justin Talbert, 24, appeared in Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas on Friday.
