Judgment according to racist chats: Police officers stay on duty

For years, the police department Osnabrück tried to sue three officials from the service relationship. The reason for this is chats with far-right content. The Supreme Administrative Court considers these to be problematic in two cases. However, they were not enough to completely shake the trust.

Two police officers from Osnabrück, who have been sending racist "witnesses" for years, will not be released. That was decided by the Oberverwaltungsgericht (OVG) in Lüneburg on Thursday.
