Judgment: Repatriation of refugees to Greece legally

The Federal Administrative Court considers the deportation of migrants to the Greek asylum system to be permissible – but the Greek government does not want to know about it. First, the "burden distribution" in the EU must be organised fairly.

The Supreme German Administrative Court has decided that young, healthy, male asylum seekers may be brought back to Greece. According to the judges, they are not threatened with extreme hardship there.
