Young millionaire Briochin swindled vulnerable seniors Justice condemns him to 4 years in prison and seizes luxury apartments and cars

A young millionaire entrepreneur from Costa Rica has just been sentenced to four years in prison by the Court of Appeal of Rennes. His apartment, but also his luxury vehicles and watches and more than 400,000 euros were seized after the filing of 62 complaints. Between 2021 and 2023, the broker in housing improvement works swindled elderly or sick people in Brittany as well as in Loire-Atlantique and the English Channel.

The business leader of Saint-Brieuc, sentenced at first instance for swindling some 60 vulnerable people between 2021 and 2023, received his sentence confirmed by the Court of Appeal of Rennes on Thursday, 24 April 2025.
