KDOT officials discuss Highway 166/26 junction
Officials from the Kansas Department of Transportation traveled from Topeka to Galena Thursday afternoon to discuss the high accident rate at the newly finished Highways 166 and 26. “This was our highest crash area when I took office and I am happy to report that since the fatality on January 21, when we stepped up our enforcement, we have not had a single crash,” Sheriff Brian Henderson told those attending.
