Kenyan Kipruto wins Hamburg Marathon with a course record
Kenyan Amos Kipruto won the 39th Hamburg Marathon in course record time. Ethiopian Workenesh Edesa won the women's race. Richard Ringer became seventh. Almost 40,000 runners are present at the running spectacle.
