Stillwater development could bring 230+ homes to Comite Drive

A subdivision with more than 230 homes is being proposed on a roughly 90-acre tract along Comite Drive in Baker. Plans for the 235-lot Stillwater Subdivision will go before the Planning Commission at its May meeting.
