Las Vegas runner saved by heroic Air Force officers after heart attack
- Las Vegas runner Phil Young experienced a medical emergency resulting in temporary death on Lone Mountain Trail in mid-March.
- While running, he collapsed after using the restroom.
- Nearby, two Air Force officers came to his aid.
- Young stated, "I came out of the bathroom and I guess that's when I died."
- His rescuers contacted him within 48 hours after noticing a sign seeking them.
