Tijuana.- Ten days after the Easter holiday period of 2025 in Baja California began, the State Tourism Secretariat flagged the care and safety operation for tourism today morning, April 3. The objective is to ensure the safety of both residents and visitors in the state, as well as to cater for tourists who require orientation on the routes or are in an emergency situation during the roadside.

Faced with the imminent arrival of thousands of tourists during Holy Week, the National Civil Police (PNC) deployed a tourist safety operation in the most emblematic points of San Juan La Laguna, Sololá. Agents of the Tourist Safety Division (DISETUR), on foot and on motorcycles, patrol constantly to guarantee citizen security and prevent incidents that affect the experience of visitors.

The operation mobilizes 942 elements and 244 units throughout the State.
