Letter: Ethics Commission needs its own source of funding

To the editor, The North Dakota Ethics Commission is in trouble. Although the Ethics Commission was originally created by a successful constitutional amendment in 2018, it is floundering now. Legislators are finding it rather easy to make the Ethics Commission's task impossible, mainly by starving it of funds.
