SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The state of South Dakota is partnering with Emily's Hope to provide life-saving medication kits to reverse opioid overdoses. Under this new program, people can get Naloxone kits anonymously at distribution boxes set up in high-traffic areas around the state.
