DETROIT LAKES — In a garage behind the Minnesota Department of Transportation office, children from Detroit Lakes Early Childhood and Family Education and White Earth Head Start, accompanied by families and teachers, had the chance to explore big rigs on the morning of Friday, April 4. With a handful of tractors, trucks and plows lined up on the cement floor, kids darted between towering tires and climbed the steep steps into the cabs. ]]>
