Black Rock Road in Upper Providence to close for bridge replacement

UPPER PROVIDENCE — Starting May 12, Black Rock Road will be closed between Upper Indian Head Road and Ashefelter Road until at least Dec. 1 for a bridge replacement project. PennDOT is replacing the bridge that carries Black Rock Road over Crossmans Run. Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Logan County awarded $600,000 for bridge replacement

Gov. Andy Beshear announced on April 17 that Logan County Fiscal Court was awarded $600,000 to replace the Liberty Church Road bridge in the second round of funding from a new state program.
