The UK Ministry of Defence's intelligence service has analysed the latest large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine on the night of Thursday to Friday, April 23-24.

British military intelligence is confident that Russia has taken advantage of the recent ceasefire declared by President Vladimir Putin over the attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure—a truce whose failure has been denounced on several occasions by the Ukrainian government—to replenish its arsenal of Kodiak missiles for use in attacks such as the one launched on Thursday against the capital, Kiev, which left a dozen dead.
