Luxembourg coach accompanies young mountaineer to Mont Blanc

The gym is still empty this morning. The dumbbells are on their shelves, the carpets are suspended. Only noises emanate from the cardio area: someone sprints on the treadmill, at the end of the breath. Right next door, on the cardio Stairmaster staircase, Ricardo Matache, masked and equipped with a weighted vest, climbs the infinite steps. Next to him, his coach, Keyvan Safavi, gives him instructions.
