Lynn man facing murder charge in deadly Chelsea shooting - Boston News, Weather, Sports

Authorities have made an arrest in connection with a deadly shooting overnight in Chelsea, officials said. CHELSEA — Chelsea Police Detectives, working in collaboration with State Police Detectives assigned to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, have arrested Carlos Utrera, age 27, of Lynn, in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning at 40 Watts Street.
