An Oakdale middle school teacher has been charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under 13. Ho Tu Duong, 46, of Maple Grove, allegedly abused a minor from 2019 to 2022 at a St. Anthony home, according to the complaint in Hennepin County District Court.
