Man Arrested For Allegedly Photographing Young Girls In Huntingdon Co.

A 21-year-old Huntingdon County man has been arrested after he allegedly was caught harassing and inappropriately photographing a group of young girls outside an apartment complex.  Police have arrested Marcellis Smallwood, after he approached the girls on Monday evening, and asked if he could take photos of them.  Shortly thereafter police were called to the 500 block of Penn Street in Huntingdon after the children’s parents confronted Smallwoo…
