A city man has been charged with stealing about $720 from TD Bank ATMs, according to the Berkshire District Attorney's Office.

Pittsfield — George Bliss, 39, of 341 West Street, was arraigned on Thursday, April 24 in Central Berkshire District Court in relation to multiple break-ins and attempted break-ins for at the TD Bank inside and outside ATM on 99 West Street.
