On Tuesday evening, the RNC received a call of a male inappropriately touching himself in the downtown area of St. John’s. A video was shared on social media and clearly showed the male engaged in the indecent act in public. At the same time, there was also an active warrant for failing to comply with the sex offender information registration act.
