(WJHL) — The Virginia State Police (VSP) said troopers charged a Wise County man with reckless driving on Friday after he reportedly rear-ended and killed an 18-year-old who was riding a bicycle in Lee County. A man has been charged after a bicyclist was killed in a crash that happened in Lee County on Friday afternoon. A bicyclist was rear-ended by the driver of a Ram 1500 on Route 58A, about a mile west of Route 982. The bicyclist, identified as 18-year-old Skylar McMahan, of Big Stone Gap, died at the scene. The driver of the Ram, 32-year-old Dustin Holman, of Wise, was charged with reckless driving. The crash remains under investigation.
