COLUMBIA, Conn. (WTNH) — State police say the man struck by a car allegedly driven by a youth basketball coach has been arrested for his own actions in the incident. Jason Suprenant, 40, of Columbia was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arrested Thursday on an active arrest warrant.
