The Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López (Espam MFL) declared the institutional emergency for “force majeure or fortuitous case as a consequence of the illegitimate acts of Dr. C. Quinche Leonardo Félix López, which compromise the stability and autonomy” of the center, according to the document signed by the rector Ángel Guillermo Félix Mendoza, on January 29.
