"Many people think it's the entrance to a bunker": the coolers of Chantilly Castle, an unusual and hidden heritage

Signs of the wealth, good taste and refinement of the aristocracy in terms of tableware and food, coolers appeared in castles in France in the 17th century. The Chantilly estate had four, three of which still exist, hidden in the shade of the trees.
