LIMA — Lima Mayor Sharetta Smith will start her Walking the Wards schedule with a walk at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 8 at 308 Ninth St., Lima. The mayor will walk a loop of about a mile talking with residents of the ward and taking feedback as they walk with her.
