Nearly 360,000 members of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) are called to vote on the coalition agreement reached with the Conservatives last week. By 29 April, they will have to decide if it is okay for them to be part of an executive headed by the leader of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Friedrich Merz, under conditions set out throughout 144 pages.
