Mispurchase as source of inspiration - then green pepper instead of capers

Our pleasure columnist recently accidentally bought green pepper instead of capers in the glass. So he has rather little experience, but then he came up with the idea for two spice pastes, one for fish fillets and one for calf liver. And both worked really well.
