Dear Answer Man: If you visit MnDOT's website to look at traffic cameras, you'll notice one in Rochester isn't where they say it is. The camera — if you judge by the little camera icon on the map — should be at U.S. Highway 52 and 16th Street Southwest, which makes sense because that's a MnDOT road.
