Monika Stefanova: Because young people are involved, they are willing to give the city another chance and stay here

"Šumen used to not be so open to new ideas and young people in general. This started to change recently, when non-governmental organizations started dealing with youth issues," says Monika Stefanova, president of the city's youth council.
