Moped thief taken into custody

WANICA — G.G., 43, has been detained by the Santodorp police for theft of a moped. The Suriname Police Force wrote on its website on Monday that the man was arrested on Saturday at a moped and repair shop on Doctor Sophie Redmondstraat when he went to pick up ‘his’ moped.
