Nearly 300 state workers fired for chronic absenteeism

By Stephen Tadaha Nearly 300 workers on the government’s payroll have been dismissed due to absenteeism, according to Public Service Minister, Joseph Le, as a result of the physical Head count of state workers. An operation which brings the total number of state workers fired to 4,324 since it was launched in 2018 by the Government.
