Illegale prostitutie, onderverhuur, drugsgebruik en bedreigingen. Een bewoner van een huurwoning aan het Paulus Potterhof in Rijen heeft er de afgelopen jaren een potje van gemaakt. Hij legde ook waarschuwingen naast zich neer van Stichting Leystromen, die het huis aan hem verhuurt. De stichting stapte daarop naar de rechtbank in Breda.
