Nelsonville council membership fight goes back to appeals court – Athens County Independent

COLUMBUS, Ohio — In a unanimous per curiam opinion, the Ohio Supreme Court found the Fourth District Court of Appeals used the wrong standard to dismiss a case calling for the ousting of two Nelsonville council members.
