Neutral Evaluation Program toolkit now available - Delaware Gazette

Last year I was asked by the Ohio Supreme Court’s Dispute Resolution Section to serve on a workgroup to create a toolkit for Neutral Evaluation Programs. Delaware County was well represented on the workgroup as my court administrator, Larry McQuain, also served on the workgroup.
